Customer will replace filters. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **Component Inspection:** * Confirmed good condition and proper operation of the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork. **System Testing & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 67.0°F and a supply air temperature of 109.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned the primary pan. * Tested the safety
