Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Maintenance Actions:** * Replaced the customer's spare 20x25 filter with a Respicare filter. * Cleaned out the condensate pump. * Confirmed the condensate drain line is connected and strapped. * Restored power to the units. * Tested the thermostat operation. * Checked the UV light operation. **Equipment Inspection:** * Indoor Unit: Located in closet, type is furnace, overall condition is fair. * Outdoor Unit: Located in back yard, type is straight cool, condition of outdoor coil is fair. * Electrical Components (Working): Inducer draft motor, furnace control board, electrical wiring tested and working within specs. * Components (Good Condition): Blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger inspected and working properly. * Carbon Monoxide Test: 0.00 PPM. * Return Air Temperature: 68.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply Air Temperature: 120.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
