Here's a summary of the work completed: **Air Handler Service:** * Replaced the 20x25 pleated filter. * Confirmed the blower wheel and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. * Inspected the primary and secondary drain pans and found them to be in good condition. **Condenser Service:** * Cleaned the outdoor coil. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly. **System Checks:** * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Measured a return air temperature of 80.0°F and a supply air temperature of 113.0°F. * Restored power to the units. * System is now working properly.
