Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the garage attic. Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 filter. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located in the back yard. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 121.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Actions: Restored power to the units. Checked the thermostat batteries and tested thermostat operation. View visual findings from this job her
