Upon arrival, I found the customer heat pump split system, not working properly due to a grounded compressor. The compressor was causing the breaker to trip immediately. The compressor is no longer under any type of warranty however, Goodman was closed the day after Christmas so I will call Monday morning and get a price and availability so I can send a repair estimate. I have already sent a proposal with options on a new system install which is what I highly recommend Due to the age of the system.
