Customer said that the unit stopped working shortly after we left on Wednesday. Checked everything out and found the unit was low on refrigerant, 30° superheat when target superheat is 15°. Performed leak search and found the leak to be inside of the condenser coil. Customer approved estimate to replace coil. Ordered coil which should be in on Tuesday. Office will call to schedule when part has arrived. Topped unit off with 2lbs of 410a to get unit running until then. Thank you for your business.
