Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Attic Package Unit):** * Verified pleated 20x25x4 filter is in place and checked its condition. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House Heat Pump):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Confirmed proper operation of the Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Defrost Control Board, and Electrical Wiring. * Verified the Blower Wheel, Secondary Drain Pan, Primary Drain Pan, and Electrical Wires Secured are in good condition. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 111.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Tested thermostat operation and restored power to the units.
