Here's a summary of the work completed: **Air Handler (Attic/Garage):** * Replaced the 20x25 pleated filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. * Verified the blower motor and electrical wiring are working within specifications. * Confirmed the blower wheel, electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan are in good condition. * Measured a return air temperature of 73.0°F and a supply air temperature of 54.0°F. **Condenser (Back Yard):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in good, clean condition. * Verified the condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within specifications. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Restored power to the units.
