Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 carrier heat pump system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the outdoor voltage enhancement system to be reading low (35/5 reading 31/5). Informed customer of my findings. Customer had a conference to attend so repair options will be sent over in an email along with pictures. Found no other issues at this time. No other recommendations at this time.
