Upon arrival the customer stated that the system wasn’t keeping up with the heat during the day. Checked pressures outside and system seemed to be low on refrigerant. Let her know our findings and requested to leak search. Customer agreed, and we found a leak in the evaporator coil on the bottom side. Presented the customer with options to replace the coil as well as to replace the whole system due to 410 being phased out. Customer agreed to a platinum heat transfer media coil replacement. Tried to add a little refrigerant to get the customer by until replacement, but there is an issue with the refrigerant.
