Upon arrival the customer stated that the downstairs portion of the house was not getting as cool as it should. While the upstairs was staying cool just fine. Upon further inspection we found the downstairs zone damper was not opening all the way and getting stuck halfway. Spoke with the customer and she went with the platinum option to replace both upstairs and downstairs dampers along with the zone board.
