Upon my arrival, I checked into the concerns the customer had with the comfort control becoming blank. I found that the water removal system was backed up, causing the auxiliary float safety switch to trip. I I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over the option that it would take to clear the water removal system today. I cleared the water removal system. installed some drain pan treatment tabs inside the drain pan. Use my vacuum to vacuum all the buildup from the drain pan and installed drain pan solution into the water removal system. The indoor heat transfer media coil is very dirty and the customer is aware of this and plans to save up so she can have a pool and clean performed on it to help alleviate future drainage issues.
