Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system leaking water into the emergency drain pan. The performing my diagnostics I found that the water removal system is backed up and the auxiliary float safety switch was never wired in. I wired the float safety switch to verify it works then spoke with the customer about my concerns with the restricted drain line and the bacterial growth I found in the system. I went over repair options for Solaris, cleanings and flushing the drain line. Customer approved flushing the drain line today and will speak to his wife about the cleaning. They plan to move in a year so maintenance and Solaris is not something they were interested in. I performed the approved repairs by flushing the water removal system then stress testing it. I found that the auxiliary float safety switch and primary drain line were loose letting water get by. I spoke with the customer about moving up an option and he approved. I fixed both drain ports
