Bastrop Air conditioning service Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the system not heating. Performing my diagnostics I found the system tripped and the zone control board with a DATS high limit cutout. I attempted to remove the sensor to allow for system operation which cause the system to display DATS failure. When I tried to go into the settings the buttons on the board would not function properly. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and they approved to move forward with a repair. The FTL is having issues sending the finance link so we will try again in the morning. After the repair is performed customer will consider signing up for the maintenance program. AC currently still works but heat will not until repairs are performed.
