Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their different options and they chose to go with HH5E. Installed the new comfort control system, new voltage conversion system, added surge protection, redid all wire terminals and installed new inline fuse. Turned the system on to test and found that the outdoor was not coming on. After a series of tracing down wires I found that the outdoor voltage distribution system was faulted. Spoke with the customer about the repair and she chose to go with HD3A. Installed the new voltage distribution system and retested the system.
