Cedar Creek Heat pump tune up Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 carrier heat pump system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found no issues at this time. No recommendations at this time. Customer was concerned about hearing a high-pitched noise coming from condensing unit. Did not hear noise during my inspection informed customer if noise happens again to video it and send it to the office.
