Upon my arrival, I performed the six month check up on one heat pump system. During the evaluation, I noticed that the bearings on the indoor air circulation system are grinding on the start up, the wire going to the Herm side of the voltage enhancement system was burned in the refrigerator. Pressure control is showing discrepancies on its metering. I spoke with the customer about everything that I had found today and advised on a system replacement. This is something that they are going to think heavily about. They still need to have a carpenter come out to widen the door for the air handler in the attic area. We will need to email over Bobby’s number so they can contact him about the carpentry they are needing. I went over Solaris and left them with a little pamphlet. I also spoke with the customer about adding a return filter base and the access he would have to get the carpenter to install if this is something he would want to do.
