Upon my arrival, I performed six month check ups on three furnace systems. I cleaned flame sensors, replaced air filters, flushed and treated the water removal systems, verified fuel delivery pressures, checked the burner assemblies, then verified system safety and performance. On the guest house, I found everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time. On the main house, both the upstairs and downstairs systems have not been properly converted for propane application. On the upstairs system, I found the temperature rise to be higher than manufacture recommended. I did attempt to make adjustments to the airflow settings today with the same results. When we return to do the repair for proper propane conversion on both systems, we will be checking static pressures and verifying Which side of the system is causing the higher heat rise.
