Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found the water removal system is restricted. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and gave repair options. Customer approved to have the water removal system flushed and treated today. After performing the repair I tested the system finding everything operating the best it can given its age. Due to rain saturating the condenser coil it was difficult to accurate readings on the pressures. System is currently cooling at this time and customers are going to take into deep consideration on the systems age. They will go over what they feel is the best way to move forward and will contact us when they are ready to meet with the comfort specialist.
