Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, cleaned the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide, changed the air filter the verified systems safety and performance. I found that there is bacterial growth within the insulation on the door of the air handler and the voltage enhancement system is low. I recommend having the insulation replaced on the air handler door, treating for bacterial growth with bio protect, installing UV bacterial prevention system and having the voltage enhancement system replaced. After completion of the evaluation I checked into the concerns with the front house not cooling well. I found the system to be very low on R22 refrigerant and the emergency drain pan was half full with water. I spoke with the customer about my findings on the 2 systems.
