Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found that the water removal system is restricted causing the auxiliary float safety switch to trip. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and presented repair options. Customer approved to have the water removal system flushed and treated as well as signing up for the annual maintenance. I flushed the water removal system, treated with a gallon of water and drain pan solution then verified system safety and performance. System is currently operating within manufacture specifications.
