Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the thermostat going blank and the system not operating. I performed my diagnostics and found that the inline fuse on the indoor system was popped. I then start to section off different parts of the system testing it and found that the voltage distribution system is faulted causing the fuse to pop. I spoke with the customer about their different options for repair and he chose HD3E. I do not have time to complete the repair today so install is returning this afternoon to complete.
