Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the mini split system not cooling well. I checked pressures, temperature split, searched the system with an electronic leak detector as well as spray bubbles. I did not find any leaks on the system. I did find that the indoor air movement system is dirty. I spoke with the customer about having a chemical cleaning performed and our maintenance program. Customer agreed to move forward with both and will be awaiting a call from the office to schedule his cleaning. Customer prefers to have this performed in the morning so the home doesn’t get to warm with the puppy inside.
