Upon my arrival I performed the approved repairs for the deep cleaning of the indoor air handler. Pulled the air movement system for disassembly and chemical cleaning, removed the diverter plate to chemically clean, sprayed the heat transfer media coil down with viper coil cleaner and allowed it to soak through, installed new auxiliary float safety switches, redid wire terminals, washed the cleaner from the heat transfer media coil media coil, cleaned the bacterial growth from the system, washed all debris off coil and out of the primary drain pan, sprayed the system with bio protect, cleared the water removal system, verified auxiliary float switches work, resealed the system where it was opened for chemical cleaning, chemically washed the condenser coil, then performed a safety and performance test. Found everything to be operating within manufacture specifications at this time.
