Upon my arrival, I performed A one time system check on two package unit systems. The 3 ton Bryant system was working to manufacturer specifications other than the fact that the duct system was tied in with the 5 ton Trane systems ductwork. Found the 5 ton Trane system to be very low on 410a refrigerant. Recommend performing an electronic leak search on system. Also found the systems outdoor voltage enhancement system to be reading low on the exhaust removal system side. recommend replacing voltage enhancement system. found the air movement system to be quite dirty with bacterial growth. Recommend a pull and clean on air movement system. Ductwork also needs to be fixed for both systems. Both systems should not be using the same ductwork to condition the home. Recommend moving 5 ton system away from porch for ease of access for service.
