Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 3 heat pump mini splits systems and 1 furnace system. Units 1 & 2 have bacterial growth present and need a deep cleaning performed. The furnace system needs the air movement system cleaned but is not accessible to do so. The customer’s barley use the furnace system and the airflow is not yet affected. Mechanically and safety the units are performing to manufacture specifications. My recommendations for today are to have units 1 & 2 cleaned, power protection added to both and all 3 would benefit from having bacterial prevention system installed. Customer would like quotes emailed over. On the first 2 systems we are giving a really good deal to bundle cleanings, power protection and bacterial prevention system.
