Upon my arrival in Lexington I spoke with the customer about any concerns they may have on the system before I performed the cooling evaluation. The only issues they were having at this time was getting to WiFi hooked back up the comfort control system. I helped them get the WiFi back on the system then performed the cooling evaluation. I found that everything is operating properly at this time. I noticed that the customer does not have emergent heat on the heat pump system. The reason for that is due to the size wire that ran to the air handler in the attic. It is not big enough to support the emergency heat. I spoke with the customer about Reme halo and they didn’t go with it at this time but did want to read over the pamphlet to gain some more knowledge about it.
