Upon my arrival I performed 6 month checkup on 2 straight cool furnace systems and 1 mini split system. I treated and cleared all water removal systems, washed condensers with water and cleaned the electrical cabinets. I found both systems in the main house are operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment. The downstairs comfort control is going to be replaced under warranty. On the mini split system I found that it does need to be cleaned and recommend adding surge protection to it. All other operations are performing very well.
