Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling properly. Performing my diagnostics I found the system to be low on refrigerant. I checked the outdoor unit for any signs of oil and performed an electronic leak search on the indoor system. I got several hits in different areas on the leak detector before it over heated and shut down. After leaving the properly to verify part availability I returned and went over repair options. The customer would like to have the options emailed over so she can make a decision with her husband this weekend and will also speak with him about our maintenance program. If an option is chosen and they sign up for maintenance i agreed to waive the service fee for the customer off the option and apply the discount.
