Today I arrived and met with James. James has multiple Radon detectors within the home and they are alarming high levels of Radon and CO2. Customer has been doing research on ERV’s, and would like to receive quotes. I investigated customers attic space, I found ample space and room for installations. After multiple conversations I’ve found a good range in what customer would like to have installed. I’m going to be creating different estimates based on fully dedicated ERV with Reme’s, carrier and fan tech, partially dedicated ERV carrier or fan tech with and without Reme, and I’m also going to create another option to have a standard fresh air intake with Reme. Will call customer Monday with different price points to reflect customers desirable achievements.
