Today I arrived and met with Caroline. Concern of outdoor unit iced over. I verified concern and began testing system. I found that the indoor air movement system has failed. I gave customer options and for now they are wanting to fill out the finance application, I’ve emailed that over and should hear back tomorrow. Upon departure I collected service fee for today and left system in the off position.
