Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with water leaking from the system. Performing my diagnostics I found that the water removal system is backed up. While I was checking the system I also found that the indoor heat transfer media coil is dirty and the system is beginning to have bacterial growth. I spoke with the customer about all my concerns and went over some different repair options. Customer wanted to have the water move system cleared and treated while on site today and will talk to her husband about the cleaning that the system needs and the installation of UV bacterial prevention systems. I cleared and treated the water removal system then verified that it was draining properly. Customer will also be going over the maintenance that was recommended today as well with her husband. I did not turn the system on for testing due to customer not having a filter at this time And all the fans that were operating from the other company to dry the area out.
