I spoke with Amy regarding her HVAC concerns. She reported that the left side of the house (as viewed from the front) felt unusually humid. I inspected the system serving that side of the home. I verified the temperature split at the air handler and checked refrigerant pressures—both were within normal operating ranges. I also reviewed the thermostat settings and confirmed that both temperature and humidity readings were accurate. No issues were found. At Amy’s request, I also inspected the second HVAC system serving the other side of the house. I checked the temperature split, condenser pressures, and thermostat settings, and again verified that the system was reading temperature and humidity correctly. No faults were identified. After the inspection, Amy approved a maintenance plan for both systems.
