Upon my arrival I found that the zoned closet unit was not coming on. Checked for proper voltages at the system, the zone board and the thermostat. I had proper voltage coming into the zoning board but did not have the proper voltage coming out of the board to the equipment. Found the manual for the zone board in the closet and went through and made sure everything was wired in properly and the settings were set properly. Everything was set up the correct way. All this points towards the zone board being faulted. Spoke with the customer about their different options and they would like the quotes emailed over so they can look them over and follow up with the insurance to see if they are going to cover the repair or if they will have to cover it. Client also wants quotes sent over separately on surge protection in case they do not go with one of the top options that add surge protection to the system.
