Upon our arrival in Manor we recovered all of the refrigerant, removed the faulted refrigerant pressure control and installed the new one. Installed new inline filter dryer then purge and pressure tested the system with nitrogen. During the pressure test we found that the gasket that came with the refrigerant pressure control was not sealing properly. Evacuated the nitrogen, installed a new gasket and added nitrogen back to the system for another pressure test. Insured that the gasket was sealed proper and continued with the timed pressure test. Found the pressure test to be good, evacuated the nitrogen and put the system into a vacuum. Once system came down to below 500 microns we added 8 pounds of clean R410a refrigerant. Installed a new voltage enhancement system and redid the wire terminals. Turned the system on for the performance and safety testing, found everything to be operating properly at this time.
