I spoke with Joshua regarding his HVAC concerns. He stated that the outdoor compressor was not turning on. During troubleshooting, I found that the voltage enhancement system for the outdoor unit was weak, which was preventing the refrigerant pumping system from starting. I presented Joshua with several options to resolve the issue, and he chose the HN14C package. This service allowed me to: • Install a new performance enhancement system • Restore the heat transfer system to optimal condition • Perform an electrical termination service • Conduct a full performance and safety test Following these repairs, the system is now operating properly. At this time, Joshua declined to enroll in the Comf1 maintenance plan but requested that an estimate be emailed to him for future consideration.
