Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. I found the system performing to manufacture specifications at this time. During the evaluation I noticed bacterial growth present inside the air handler and the system is not equipped with power protection. Spoke with the customer about my concerns and presented options. They would like to discuss this and I will follow back up to answer any questions.
