Upon my arrival, I spoke with the customer about his concerns with the HVAC system not cooling. I performed my diagnostics finding that the voltage distribution system was faulted on the outdoor unit, causing the inverter board to not get high voltage to bring the compressor and condenser fan on. I replaced this component under the extended parts warranty that the customer has tested the systems operations And found that everything is operating properly at this time. I went over our maintenance plan with the customer and this is something he is interested in going with, but will have to wait until after the first of the month to purchase.
