Upon my arrival, I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system, not cooling. Performing my diagnostics. I found that the voltage enhancement on the outdoor system has failed causing the outdoor system to not operate. While I was taking a look at the rest of the system, I found that the heat transfer media oil on the indoor unit is dirty. I spoke with the customer about my findings and went over repair options. Customer approved HN13E while onsite and informed me that there was a previous cleaning performed on the indoor system. Checking back there was one sold but never noted to clean the indoor coil. When we return to complete the repair on the outdoor system, we will also be completing the cleaning on the indoor coil. Today I replaced the voltage enhancement system so the customer could continue to cool until a return is scheduled.
