Performed biannual maintenance on system. Blew out drain lines and checked pressures and delta t. Washed condenser down with water. Water safety system was faulty. Presented customer with options for replacement. Customer chose platinum option. Replaced water safety system and installed water alarm under unit as well. Teated water removal system with chemicals and blew out lines once again. Confirmed water drainage outside. Cleaned indoor heat transfer media coil and air handler cabinet with cleaner. Confirmed new water safety switch to be operational. Unit operating at manufacturers specifications at this time.
