Smithville Heater tune up Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 mortex electric heat system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and checked filter. Found the heat transfer media coil to be dirty. Let customer know of my findings and they wanted to get it cleaned on the next cooling evaluation. System heating properly at this time.
