Smithville Heat pump repair Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump mini split system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, cleaned the air filters, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. I found the air movement system has bacterial growth building on it. I recommend having a cleaning performed on the system and installing a bacterial prevention system. Customer has quite a bit going on at the moment and would like to try and make it until the next checkup to move forward with either of the options.
