I've been a customer for about ten years. I pay for a maintenance contract for my boiler every year. Five years ago they installed a new water heater. I called them a a couple of times to fix things that broke (with my 20-year old boiler, the water heater has been trouble free, hands off). They are always professional and courteous. They're not the cheapest, they tend to be a little bit pricey. Bottom line: I'm getting what I'm paying for. No complaints.

I'm working for our customer in Metuchen this afternoon. I completed fall HVAC maintenance today, inspecting the furnace, cleaning the burner assembly, and replacing the air filter. I also checked the blower motor for signs of wear and tested the thermostat for accuracy. The system is now fully prepped to provide reliable heating throughout the colder months.
