Chris was Great!!! Very professional and very helpful! Great experience!
The guys were fast and efficient. They came in, performed the inspection and changed out my filter.
I've been a customer for about ten years. I pay for a maintenance contract for my boiler every year. Five years ago they installed a new water heater. I called them a a couple of times to fix things that broke (with my 20-year old boiler, the water heater has been trouble free, hands off). They are always professional and courteous. They're not the cheapest, they tend to be a little bit pricey. Bottom line: I'm getting what I'm paying for. No complaints.
Roger was excellent, very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and offed additional advice. I highly recommend Roger to service your furnace.

I have been a customer of Edison H&C for almost ten years and I couldn't envision ever utilizing another company for these services. They have always been outstanding in every facet of the experience.
Technician was prompt, courtesy, and professional. Gave system thorough inspection. Always a pleasure To work with staff at Edison heating and cooling.
Reached out to Edison Heating & Cooling to diagnose and address a faulty fan motor in my outdoor A/C unit. Requested service on a Tuesday, expecting to have a visit on Friday. Evan was able to stop by on Wednesday, and by Thursday afternoon returned with a solution & replacement part needed. Evan was very respectful, courteous, and patient with any questions I had. I was very satisfied with the service and quick turnaround. Thank you so much!
John Netto could not have been more professional with the way he examined and handled the situation. He found the leak, sealed the leak and fixed the problem in a most professional manner. He also explained what it was that he was doing so that we could understand how he fixed the leak.
Brandon was a pleasure to meet and have over for our annual service. He was prompt, neat and reviewed a fix for an ongoing issue with a newer system. He was thorough in clean up, even coiling up my hose when he was finished. An excellent and professional face for your company! Give him a bonus, please.

Performed comprehensive AC service on a Carrier 24ABB3 unit in Edison, NJ. Inspected and cleaned condenser coils using Nu-Calgon Evap Pow'r-C, enhancing heat rejection efficiency. Checked refrigerant charge with Testo 550s digital manifold, adjusting R-410A levels to manufacturer specifications. Replaced worn contactor with Supco SCO56 model for reliable compressor cycling. Cleaned condensate drain line using Rectorseal Drain Solve gel to prevent clogs. Calibrated Ecobee SmartThermostat for precise temperature control. Conducted amperage draw test on compressor and fan motors using Fluke 323 clamp meter. System now operating at peak performance, ensuring optimal cooling and energy efficiency throughout the season.
Replaced faulty controls on Lennox SL280UH090V36B furnace. Diagnosed failed integrated control module using multimeter. Installed new Lennox 19W91 control board. Reconfigured DIP switches for 90,000 BTU, single-stage operation. Verified proper sequencing: inducer motor start, pressure switch closure, igniter warm-up, gas valve opening. Checked flame signal: 5.2 μA. Tested all safety limits. System now operating within manufacturer specifications.
Conducted a comprehensive 21-point air conditioning tune-up on a 3-ton Carrier split system. Utilized nitrogen to pressure test the refrigerant circuit, identified a leak at the liquid line valve. Replaced valve, evacuated system to 500 microns, then recharged with 5 lbs of R-410A per subcooling methods. Cleaned condenser coils with Nu-Calgon CalPro coil cleaner. Adjusted refrigerant charge and airflow for peak efficiency. Unit operating within manufacturer's specifications.
Today, I addressed an issue with a client's air conditioning system's condensate line. I began by locating the blockage in the 3/4" PVC drain line using a camera inspection tool. I then used a wet/dry shop vacuum to clear the clogged section, restoring proper condensate flow. Finally, I tested the line to confirm unobstructed drainage, ensuring the system can effectively manage moisture removal.
Today, I did a precision AC maintenance check on a dual-stage Lennox XC25 system. I cleaned the blower components, inspected the condensate drain for blockages, and calibrated the thermostat for accurate temperature control. I also verified refrigerant pressures and electrical connections to ensure peak operational efficiency and system reliability. All components are functioning within manufacturer-recommended parameters.
