I performed an indoor air quality test in a home using a particle counter to measure pollutants such as dust, pollen, and volatile organic compounds. After analyzing the results, I recommended the installation of a HEPA filter and UV-C air purifier to enhance air quality. The test indicated high particulate levels, which these additions will help reduce.
I recently completed an AC installation on a new home. It was a challenging job, but I was able to complete it successfully. I had to install the AC unit, connect the electrical wiring, and ensure that the system was properly installed and functioning. The client was very pleased with the results, and I was happy to have been able to help them with their home improvement project.
Addressed a no-cooling issue in a 17-year-old HVAC system. Upon inspection, discovered the condenser fan motor had failed, preventing proper heat exchange. Replaced the faulty condenser fan motor with a compatible unit. Checked refrigerant levels and added R-410A to ensure optimal cooling performance. Cleaned the condenser coils and inspected the evaporator coils for efficiency. Verified that all electrical connections were secure. Tested the system, restoring effective cooling functionality.
I completed a repair on a Rheem Classic Series furnace, model RGRA-09EZAJS, which was experiencing ignition failures. Upon diagnosis, I found the ignitor to be faulty. After replacing the old ignitor with a new one, I tested the system to ensure it was firing correctly. Additionally, I checked the furnace's airflow and heat output for efficiency. The furnace is now operating smoothly, providing consistent and reliable heating throughout the home.
Did the seasonal PM on a Lennox XC25 central air system down the shore. Flushed out the A-coil with NuCalgon evap foam. Swapped out the 20x25 Media filter. Megged the compressor windings and ohmed out the contactors. Pulled a proper charge on the 410A after leaning out the TXV.
We conducted comprehensive AC maintenance on a Carrier Infinity Series system, model 24ANB7. We started by cleaning the condenser coils and checking the refrigerant levels for optimal performance. Next, we replaced the air filter with a Honeywell Home MicroDefense AC filter, model CF108A1420-A, to improve air quality. We also inspected the thermostat settings and electrical connections, ensuring everything was functioning correctly for peak efficiency.
