Requested technician to check heating system which was not working

The technician called about 20 minutes before he arrived to alert me that he would arrive shortly. He arrived, I described the problem and he promptly began his diagnosis. He found the problem, did the repairs necessary and tested the system several times to make sure all was well. He was very professional and businesslike.

Quick service, polite serviceman, reasonable prices

Needed quick checkup and restart of furnace and water heater after 9/1 New Jersey flood. Chris the serviceman came the next day. Was very knowledgeable and went right to work. He told me what he was doing as he went along and was able to restart everything quickly. Very polite and very reasonable price for the job.

Professional and kind

Ruo is a great service technician. Very pleasant, kind and courteous. However, I have a service contract and they schedule very far out. They clearly don’t have enough technicians. If you purchase a preventative maintenance contract be prepared to wait over a month for an appointment. Longer if you have to reschedule.
