Andres called ahead to tell us he was on his way. He arrived at the house and immediately started looking at the problem after speaking with the tenant about the problem. Andres was very polite and advised the tenant of a number of things that were wrong and needed to be addressed. When he was done he completed the invoice and called me to discuss the repairs. I was very pleased with his professionalism and would ask for him again when I need to do another service.
Service technician John Netti came on time and did maintenance work on my hvac. He gave important tips on settings for the thermostat during winter to not trigger the AC unit in cold weather and on how to utilize fan settings to increase comfort levels at home.
