They installed my AC&H 6 years ago and since then, they have done its maintenance. This year, I had an issue with a technician and my thermostat. I called the office and they were very responsive and fixed the problem. Also, they schedule repair calls fast. Finally, the technician who came for seasonal maintenance was professional.

I expect a competent, and thorough inspection on the yearly AC check up. Andrew did this with an excellent attitude and even apologized when he found a bad capacitor and although it was covered by warrant, he had to charge labor, He's a good guy
