My central a/c stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. I called at 7:15am on Wednesday and service was scheduled for later that day. The service person arrived at approximately 4:45pm, diagnosed the outside a/c unit, cleaned the filter and got the a/c/unit up and functioning again within an hour. Everything now working fine!

Heat tune up on American standard furnace
In Union, NJ, I completed an oil to gas conversion for a residential heating system. I removed the old oil-fired boiler and installed a high-efficiency gas furnace, ensuring proper venting and gas line connections. I tested the new gas burner for optimal combustion and calibrated the thermostat for accurate temperature control. The conversion improves energy efficiency and lowers heating costs, providing the homeowner with a reliable and cleaner heating solution. The new gas system is now fully operational and ready for the colder months.
In Union, NJ, I repaired a Lennox XC21 HVAC system that was not cooling properly due to a clogged condenser coil. After thoroughly cleaning the coil, I checked the refrigerant levels and found them low. I recharged the system with R-454B refrigerant, which is more environmentally friendly. I also tested the compressor and expansion valve to ensure they were operating correctly. After the repair, the system is now cooling the home efficiently, providing optimal performance and energy savings.
Performed routine boiler maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency. Inspected the heat exchanger for any signs of wear and cleaned the burner assembly to improve combustion. Tested the pressure relief valve and checked the expansion tank to maintain proper system pressure. Flushed the system to remove any sediment buildup and checked for leaks in the piping connections. Verified that the thermostat and circulator pump were operating correctly. The boiler is now in excellent condition, ready for the heating season ahead.
