Edison’s technician communicated his imminent arrival and arrived within the specified window of time. He was polite and respectful of the property as indicated by his donning protective booties over his shoes. I am not an expert in the HVAC field, so I can’t comment specifically on the quality of annual maintenance/equipment testing that was done (or indeed if such things as wiping down the condenser, were actually done at all!) I did not see him performing the tests that appear on his written report and trust that if he reports that the system is running smoothly and I have had no problems, then all is good!

Performed a 20-point precision tune-up on a Carrier Infinity zoned system. Used a Fieldpiece SRL8 refrigerant scale to weigh in the proper R-410A charge per data plate. Measured static air pressures and calculated 400 CFM per ton across the indoor coil. Treated the condensate drain with Pan-Treat to prevent clogs. Cycled the zone dampers and checked damper motor volt-amps. Cleaned the blower wheel and checked temperature split across the coil. Verified safe operating parameters on all zones before leaving. System operating efficiently.
Today, I completed a comprehensive maintenance operation on a single-zone Lennox XC25 air conditioning system. The service included thoroughly cleaning the blower motor, inspecting and unclogging the condensate drain, and adjusting the thermostat settings for optimal performance. Additionally, I checked and balanced the refrigerant charge and ensured all electrical connections were secure. This annual upkeep make sure the unit operates efficiently and reliably within its designated zone.
