This was our first time with them. Jaquan came with David. It was David’s first day. Jaquan was awesome! He did a thorough job and I felt like he was being honest with me in reference to the shape of our furnace and A.C. unit. They came for spring maintenance. He asked me if I had questions and he even took pictures of my ducts because they are in a crawl space and I asked him to as a previous company told me they all needed to be replaced. They do not need replacement - repairs perhaps but not complete replacement. So I was very pleased with the results of our service.
